Center for Information Law and Policy with the support of OSI East-East: 
Partnership beyond Borders Program is organizing a conference dedicated to 
promotion of Open Source software.  The aim of the conference is to present 
the experience in popularization of use of open source software among public 
institutions, private organizations as well as individuals.  The conference 
will be held in the period of October 30 - November 1, 2006 in Yerevan, 
Armenia.</font><br><br><font size="2">Please feel
