Hi everybody.

I found some time today after a week of tests/exams to pack the
internationalized Psi version. Glad to see that many translations have
reached their maturity.

Therefore, I give you:

Please test:
1. automatic selection of the language file, based on the language selected
for the installer (this doesn't for for Eesti & Vietnamese - sorry Clytie)
2. the correct install of the Psi language file
3. correct uninstall
4. correct content of the translation *)

*) I have downloaded the following versions of the translation files from
http://www.tanoshi.net/language.html

DE-c
EE-a
ES-a
FR-a
MK-a
NL-b
PL-b
RU-a
VI-a
ZH-a

The installer won't be built on each minor update of the translation. I'll
either built it again after several translations change, or after some time.
Pop me a message when you think this "waiting time" has expired.

After 2-3 days of positive feedback (no feedback is considered to be positive
here :) ) I'll consider the build OK and tell Hal/Kevin to release it to the
public.
