From a citizen point of view, we think that a single place for local 
government e-services is the way to go. Local government provides a know set 
of services. Citizens shouldn't keep track of different individual web sites 
to access the same services in different municipalities.

Да не испадне пак дека појма немам за лиценцирањето :) (реф. 
http://www.fsf.org/licensing/licenses/) ама нели е оваа лиценца генерално 
препорачлива за _техничка_ документација? Ако се мисли на таква 
документација, занемарете го коментаров! (Башка мислам дека документите 
креирани од државата (влада, општини и сл.) не смеат да бидат по никаква 
лиценца т.е. спаѓат во јавен домен)
