Hello from Tirana,

I am Sanja, member of Open Labs Albania and one of the organisers of OSCAL.

The reason why I'm writing to you is OSCAL | Open Source Conference
Albania, which will be held on 9th & 10th May 2015, in Tirana, Albania.

OSCAL is the first annual international conference in Albania, organised to
promote software freedom, open source software, free culture and open
knowledge in general. After the first edition, we are aiming to have more
'OS' in 'CAL' at the second edition!

Over 250 people attended OSCAL 2014 and we expect OSCAL 2015 to have more
than 350 attendees for both days.

OSCAL's organiser is Open Labs Albania, a non governmental, not for profit
organization, dedicated to promote openness, freedom, transparency and
access by amplifying its voice as a community altogether. It is the first
successful hackerspace in Albania.

We would encourage anyone at KIKA to apply for having a talk at OSCAL, host
a workshop or an infobooth, always related with free libre open source
