"Before starting to translate OpenOffice strings we strongly recommend you
to translate all the terms contained in the glossary. It is a long list
but - believe me - it really is worthwhile defining those terms before
starting with the localization of the program. For example, if you work with
a translation memory and you fill it with all the translated glossary terms,
consistency will be maintained more easily throughout the program,
especially if you are unable to work on the project regularly or when
working in a team. Additionally, this will make you more confident with most
of the terminological problems you'll face during the localization into your
language.
After having translated the glossary into your localization language, you
can send it back for evaluation. After evaluation we will put it on the
l10n.openoffice project page so that it can be used as the base for all
future translations. Changes and suggestions are always welcome, but you
should take into account that subsequent changes to the glossary will affect
any translations - both past and future - into that localization language,
thus causing additional revision work to be necessary."

Што значи дека пред да почнеме да го преведуваме OpenOffice, мора предходно
да го имаме преведено Glossary-то.

Јас, Ристе и Дарко имаме почнато со преведување. Многу мал дел е преведен, и
за да го имаме готово до петок, ќе мора да помагате и вие. :-)

Го поделивме на мали делчиња, и го ставивме на
http://macedonia.homelinux.org. (l: linux p: linux)

Земете слободен фајл од одделот за датотеки, и напишете коментар во одделот
за забелешки за да не има забуна.



Јас го пуштив сорсот на OpenOffice да се симнува (130 мега одприлика), па
одкога ќе се симне, ќе пробам да ги extract-нам сринговите за преведување.



Ова е многу битно да го завршиме до петок. Затоа ве молам, секој што може да
преведе барем по еден фајл. Инаку зборчињата се подредени во spreadsheet
табела во OpenOffice формат. Нема потреба од kbabel и сл. Само OpenOffice.
