Senior Infrastructure Analyst

Position Responsibilities

·Plan and design core IP network and provide operation support to
different departments across EMEA

·Maintain, design and support data and voice services – LAN, WAN, PBX, VOIP

·Support and deploy network infrastructure to Web hosting, VMware,
SAN, NAS and Backup environment

·Assist in network analysis and support for critical network systems

·Develop detail network equipment configuration based on high level
network design guidelines

·Perform network equipment set up, configuration and installation

·Understand customers' business needs and convert into technical solutions

·Work with various project teams, provide technical consultancy,
formulate and implement solution and support on network infrastructure

·Work with Atlanta security group to ensure that corporate network and
security standards are followed.

·Project Planning and Management

Requirement

·Degree / college graduate in Computer Science or related disciplines

·Hands-on experience in network routing and switching, administration
with Cisco products, Avaya PBX products

·In-depth knowledge in TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS as well as xDSL, PPPoE,
ATM, VPN connectivity

·Holder of CCNA, CCDA, or CCNP or above

·Knowledge on broadcasting systems and technologies, VMware, Server
and SAN technologies.

·CISSP, MCSE, Linux trained or certification a definite advantage

·Preferably with project management training.

·Less experience will be considered as Infrastructure Analyst



Qualities

·Work with a minimal amount of supervision and able to handle projects
independently

·Communicate well with Managers and other technical and non-technical staff

·Willing to work under pressure and over-time as required to meet
project deadlines

·Able to prioritize time and effort to maximize efficiency

·Have a passion to serve and to achieve the highest customer satisfaction

·Immediate available is highly preferred
